
程显名,男,工程博士,工程师,2023年昆明理工大学高层次引进人才,现任昆明理工大学化学工程学院教师。长期深耕化工领域,兼具扎实的学术背景与丰富的工程实践经验。所在团队以催化材料设计、化工工艺开发为核心研究方向,成员涵盖在读博士/硕士研究生及企业合作科研人员,形成“学术研究-技术转化-工程应用”的协同创新模式,在化工工艺优化、设备应用场景适配等方面具备一定优势。近年来主要从事先进稀土功能材料开发,复杂烟气的高效净化及其资源化应用。目前,本人主持国家自然科学基金项目、云南省科技厅重大专项等6项课题,参与国家及省部级项目多项。研究主要围绕稀土催化材料的结构设计、反应机理及工程应用展开,成果发表于Applied Energy、Chemical Engineering Journal、Fuel等化工领域Top期刊累计发表SCI论文20余篇,其中JCR 1区论文11篇),相关研究揭示了催化剂表面结构与催化活性的构效关系,为高性能催化剂开发提供了理论支撑。在成果转化与实践经验上,2022年获中国发明协会创业创新奖一等奖,2022年获云南省博士后科研基金优秀成果奖三等奖;指导学生获第三届云南省大学生冶金节能减排社会实践与科技竞赛二、三等奖,彰显产学研融合能力。
